Chavez, poster boy for control freak

Turns out old Hugo just can't stand not having absolute control over everyfreakinthing so he's decided he must play God and "fairly distribute the sunrise." I. Shit. You. Not. Apparantly fair distribution of the sun falls into the duties of a dictator. I'm assuming he also enjoys the privledge of distributing jobs, wealth, and food. But Lord knows giving the poor kids more light to do their chores makes him such a "nice guy." Forget the fact it's partly his fault they're poor to begin with. Asshole. Socialists scare me.
